Me and my boyfriend got this last minute and it was very nice. Room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Shower dripped the whole time. The WiFi was spotty and kicked me off the internet while I was on a teams call. Ended up hotspotting from my phone. Outlets on lamp next to bed didn’t work.

Waited 15 minutes for staff when checking in. Vending machine out of order, hot tub out of order. Room ac wouldnt cool. Staff was gruff and short most interactions.

The room was hot and smelled, call the front desk and I got switched to a worse room, stains on the carpet and chair.

Not going back

Not very clean. Sign in bathroom says they pay attention to the high touch traffic areas. I suggest it’s time to pay attention to the entire room. The hallway reeked from people smoking weed. The entrance door at the end of the hall would not open with a key card so they would prop it open with a rock so they could also smoke outside. Lots of people around parking lot. They weren’t necessarily staying at hotel. The room smelled musty. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a sub car that runs behind parking lot. Not very noisy but you do know it’s going by. Could use new carpet though out.

One of the managers put me on the list to get housekeeping and they never came. The same guy said the hot tub was working and tried to turn it on for me for 10 minutes. It ended up not working and he said it was just “warming up”. Then, when housekeeping did finally come, they left the room open for 9 1/2 hours while I was gone. Luckily nothing was taken. I brought it up to that same manager and he was making excuses as to why it was open. Language barrier is also an issue with this guy. I would not recommend this place.
