Plenty of room!
We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. It had everything we needed! We loved the big, comfortable couch and the 2 eating spaces. It was very close to the shopping areas and we could easily and quickly run out to grab what we needed. The only suggestion would be to have dressers in each of the rooms. We loved that there were plenty of hangers in all the closets but we still had to keep things in our suitcases rather than stowing them in some drawers. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definately consider staying again next time we visit family!

In town to visit family. Great location, nice neighborhood, very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and out we’re very easy. We will definitely stay here again on a repeat visit and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Family Get-Away
In town for a convention, but enjoyed the advantages of having a home. We were able to cook our meals and have friends over for dinners instead of fighting the restaurant crowds and noise. This lovely home was cool and comfortable in the hot Texas summertime. The host was quick to respond and the home has everything needed for a restful vacation. Definitely would want to stay here on our next visit to Denton.

What a lovely property!
This property was situated in a lovely neighborhood and was exactly as advertised! It appeared newly renovated and was a lovely respite during our busy week in the metroplex! The owner was extremely communicative and helpful! We would like to stay on our next trip back into town!

Wonderful!
We stayed 9 nights in this home, and it was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Owner thought of everything from a mouse pad on the desk (great WiFi for teleworking) to a Keurig in the kitchen. The location was so convenient to UNT and restaurants without having to get on I-35. If we return to this area for pleasure or business, we will reach out to stay here again.

You should stay here!
Perhaps in Texas, this is a cottage. This is a great home in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The host had a treat basket for us and each room had special touches that made us feel right at home. Julie has everything organized and easy to find. Although we didn't have any special requests, she made herself accessible for any questions. If you're in the Dallas area and want a grat place away from the city ... stay here.

Wonderful Rental Experience
This home was perfect for us! The host, Julie thought of everything you might need. From the outside, the house doesn't look like much. Then we walked in and were amazed. The house is large and spread out. There are so many rooms. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and connects to a spacious walk in closet. The two other bedrooms were perfect for our daughters, aged 24 & 25. Their shared bath was very nice also. Julie thought of everything. There were nice hand soaps, body soaps, dish and laundry soap. We have been to several VRBO's and had to go to the store for so many things... not this time. She provided everything. There's plenty of towels, games, a piano. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Thank you Julie! You won't be disappointed if you rent this home!

Great location for our family with plenty of room inside as well as parking. The updates are beautiful and there was a lovely gift basket near the front door. The house was well stocked with little things that help make the stay feel homey. Would love to stay again!

The home was lovely, comfortable and clean, in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. It was within walking distance of my sons' apartment, and close to shopping and restaurants. I have friends and family in the Denton area that I visit several times a year. Now that I have found this charming home, I will certainly rent it again on my next visit.

Perfect place, great location
Much deserved five stars! We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Great place that appears newly remodeled. The kitchen was perfect, washer and dryer, and the master bath was amazing including a luxurious tub and walk-in shower. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms layout was ideal for a group of friends or a family. I had to work part of the time I was there, and the internet was super highspeed! The location was ideal, in a nice quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes from TWU, North Texas, and the square. A grocery store was a short walk away and only a few minutes' drive to a Walmart plus plenty of shops and restaurants along University Drive. Can't say enough great things about this rental!

Perfect Home
