Parfait, sauf le petit déjeuner
Publié le 10 juin 2017 sur HotelsLe meilleur Holiday Inn pratiqué. Propre, accueil sympathique, check-in et check-out très rapide. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner un peu simple, peu de choix et couverts en plastique. Cela dit, il est inclus dans le prix.
Accès autoroute facile et accès rapide pour le centre ville.

Warning! Do not stay at this hotel! The management might be the worst management in the hotel business. The entire hotel room smells awful. It’s like an awful perfume, covering up the smell of animals throughout the hotel and in the hotel room. The flooring in the hotel room seem like It was about to collapse. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken. Half the outlets in the room did not work. It was so bad that I left after one night on a prepaid room. The area is very industrial and I did not feel safe there. Go to the other side of town where the hotels are much better.

Dear Jousha,We are beyond embarrassed to hear about your experience. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused after you noticed 2 police cars in the parking lot. You were not "expecting" police officers to stay at a hotel and you called the front desk numerous times complaining and raising concerns about "MEN IN BLUE " staying at the hotel.Later, you emphasized the ozone machine, it is widespread in all hotels to have an ozone machine and air purifier.Unfortunately, at this time we are sincerely apologizing for extending our hotel and lodging facility to "Men In Blue". We stand behind our hard-working police officers and again we are sorry.Best Wishes
