Parfait, sauf le petit déjeuner

Le meilleur Holiday Inn pratiqué. Propre, accueil sympathique, check-in et check-out très rapide. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner un peu simple, peu de choix et couverts en plastique. Cela dit, il est inclus dans le prix. Accès autoroute facile et accès rapide pour le centre ville.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was great too!

Did not get the room we paid for. We had a regular king room instead of a 2 queen suite.

When looking into your reservation I saw that Expedia booked it as a flow-through/standard room that we can only use kings. We do apologize you did not get the suite. We ask all guests to go through the hotel directly or IHG.com so errors like this do not happen to our guests. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future.
