Very good for the price

Very good considering it was almost the cheapest place I could find. Everything was better than expected for the price. Nothing special, but no problems at all.

Booked hotel with Expedia. Pictures looked decent but upon arrival, became leery just due to the outside of the property. Checked in, got room key and once in the room, the smell was very strong for mildew and mold. Looked clean, terrible smell. We went right back to cancel at front desk. Staff gave us a refund for 2nd night we had booked but would not refund current night. did show us another room that had a better smell but not much so we declined and took the loss. Sign said $51.99 but they charged us $70 Has the feel of a low income housing and appears there are many long term tenants. Would not reccommend. Dirty, smelly and did not feel safe.

Roaches, cig smells, old and outdated but good svc

The attendant was great, very nice and helpful. The room not so much....saw 3 roaches in 2 days. Room smelled like cigarettes. Wouldn't stay there again,

I came to Denton because I had a 4 days training it did the job friendly staff BUT i do not know what bugs always came into my room but it was bordering me all 4 days i had to keep smashing them with my shoes they showed up every minute but overall it was okay i would comeback but they need to make sure no bugs are coming in
