Our room was already cold when we came in from the blistering heat. We had a full size refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and a kitchen sink. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will stay there again next time we're in that area.

I was here for DCI at the stadium. Its in the right area, and it is a value stay. My expectations were appropriately set and they were met. No complaints.

The room had a can of intense smell permanently hanging on from the kitchen cabinet that made me nauseated all night. Pillows were filled with clumps of filler. There were no paper cups in the bathroom sink.
The proposed dirty. The flower areas were full of trash. The TV never turn on. The sir conditioner was at 59 degrees and took all night to get it to 72F. I won’t use it again.

Staff is unprofessional
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff was very friendly when we arrived but the house keeping staff started knocking down my door at 8 am and didn't stop, they were incredibly rude as we left. I had planned to extend my stay but they told me that it was too late and I had to move to a smoking room. One night when we came back to the room after dinner there was a guest passed out at the top of his stairs, I assume, drunk, and another night there was a lost baby running through the parking lot. And there are roaches.
