No bedside lamps, no soap, saw a baby cockroach. There were only 2 small pillows. No batteries in the TV remote. Would not stay here again.

Waited an hour and a half to be able to get into a room. (Got there at 3:30, check in is at 3, room wasn’t ready until 4:45) they told us it was being cleaned, and staff was rude when we asked for an update because we had already been waiting an hour. When we finally got into the room the floors were sticky and dirty, the trash hadn’t been taken out, the Tv did not work and the dresser was broken. We saw a handful of roaches during our stay as well.

Walked in the front door and the entire lobby smelt like marijuana. There were several homeless ppl outside. Did not get to stay in room because after reserving and showing up, told they had no rooms because they did not clean the room.
If you like staying in a place that may not feel safe then stay otherwise get a tenet and stay outside.
