Communication through Expedia after booking was minimal. We did not receive a code for entry, no one was available on site for that information, the grass had not been cut in many weeks, the advertisement for yoga was not offered, the bed in our room was so hard to sleep on, we literally thought we were sleeping on a box spring. We were strongly encouraged not to flush ANY toilet paper after going to the bathroom. As I was eating my breakfast, muffins were offered, but I opted to not eat any of them as I am trying to maintain a gluten free diet. Wilhelmina asked me why I had not eaten it and upon telling her my explanation, she brought out an ENTIRE box of Quaker Gluten Free Oatmeal. It was unnecessary and made for an uncomfortable situation. She and her husband were arguing in the kitchen about leaving for an appointment on time, while we were having breakfast. My concerns were never addressed through the Expedia APP. We left just after breakfast and stayed elsewhere.
