Nous avions eu un soucis dans notre chambre et la personne à la réception a tout de suite pris les choses en main pour nous changer de chambre sans soucis.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et complet.
Petit bémol sur la piscine et la jacuzzi un peu frais !

Needs a deep clean and retouch

Tiles falling in at the hot tub, paint chips in the stair wells, the hotel carpets are dirty, the elevator is quite dirty, our room had hazy mirrors and wasnt wiped down, the bed spread wasn't clean, the shower floor was stained and the walls were dirty. Everything needs a deep clean. Also the blow dryer didnt work

Took forever to check in. Placed a large hold on card. Room was dirty. Shower was dirty. Toilet lid was busted and shower just leaked a dripped all night. Ac wouldn’t work through the vent to the other room.

Good people, ok amenities, bad room.
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsService was great, desk staff were polite and super helpful. But the room was kinda gross, not gonna lie. Like the floors got your socks dirty immediately and there was a slightly musty smell in the air. Breakfast was good, pool was decent. But the room was not good and at the end of the day, that's the most important thing.
Matress was ok but the sheets didn't fit. So that was cool, kept falling off and such. TV in the sitting area didn't work, but we didn't go to the hotel to watch TV so that's not the worst thing that's ever happened.

Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed here after a day long trip from the East Coast to Denver. The hotel looked great from the pictures posted. I felt very positive about the booking. However, once we arrived there, it was evident that those pictures were from when the hotel first opened. It is badly in need of a serious deep cleaning, updating and some major security for the parking lot. The breakfast in the morning was closed early and when we asked if they had anything the staff acted like we were annoying them.

Clean and big hotel but our room smelled so bad like tobacco even thought they say it’s a “non smoking hotel”.
