We loved this property. The place was very clean and as described. Perfect for our family and would book again. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Average Place Good Location

Overall this place was fine, although we found it unclear that there would be another renter in the lower level. While there is a separate outdoor entrance and yard, there is not a door between the upstairs and basement. There is a locking door between the downstairs unit and the basement, but we still didn’t feel overly safe. The renters the first few nights were incredibly loud and disruptive until late. They also cooked fish and the smell permeated the house the first few nights. Also, the back patio does not latch shut. There are two “bars” that can support the door being closed, but even with those in place, the door can be opened 1-2 inches. There were many dirty places in the home that were dirtier than normal for a VRBO. Overall an average place for way too high a price.

Nice retreat

My family gathered to grieve and serve family in Denver after the passing of a loved one. This rental had great location near groceries, food, and coffee shop. At the end of our long days cleaning, organizing, and helping our family we came ‘home’ to beds that were comfortable, clean, and large. The dinning room is spacious and we were able to gather for a meal and play a game together. The house is nearly wheelchair welcome minus the two steps to get inside. I would stay here and/or with Jeff anytime as he was a very respectful and responsive host.

Just bad

Too hot overall. Master bedroom had no ac vent and had to go purchase a portable fan. Very inconvenient. Was getting messages from owner to adjust AC because the people downstairs were hot. Sofa bed was broken. Just an overall bad experience. 👎👎

Great space and location!

Everything was ultimately great for our stay. I loved that I could bring my dog. I loved that there were smart TVs. It was great to have king beds in each bedroom, so that was great for our family. They have a fair amount of kitchen stuff if you wanted to cook a meal and two tables of varying sizes, so folks can sit together. The location was amazing and easy to get to and from. My recommendations: There is no door or gate to the basement so I would provide a baby gate of some sort or make sure a family bring one if they have littles The Miller moths were in full force so they got into the house a lot It could use an extra sofa for seating around the tv. The house was overall clean but could’ve been better in certain rooms (kitchen, dining, etc), but I know with hard floors that can be very tough. Lastly, it could use a couple rugs by the front and back doors - we got there when it was pouring rain and no place to wipe feet/shoes. Thank you!
