Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall our stay was good except to the king mattresses in both the rooms. They were very soft with springs making squeaky sound. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Hope the owners change it.

Great house
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house in a great neighborhood, short drive or walk to breweries, food, downtown, Golden, etc. It was hot during our stay and the house was nice and cool and comfortable.
A couple adirondack chairs in the back and it would be perfect.

A Great Stay

The host was very accommodating and provided good information about the house and surrounding area. We would love to stay here again.

Second Stay!
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the second time we have stayed in this property in two months and it was even better than the first time!
The snow storm hit on Thursday and Friday, and we checked in on Friday and driveway and walks had all been cleared. We walked into the residence and it was actually sparkling because it was so clean. We love this place and location and will always stay here as long as it is available.
This place has everything you need and beyond. I was in town helping my son with his dog that was hit by a car and had to have his leg amputated. This was the perfect place for all of us to rest and recoup. I was able to cook home-cooked meals almost every night with everything that they had available. On the nights that I didn’t cook, we could order from Sloans Bar & Grill or Edgewater Beer Garden right down the street and we were able to walk down and pick up our meal and bring it back. Another great place to grab a coffee or a blueberry cookie is Suzette’s bakery, which is right across the street from Edgewater Beer Garden and don’t forget Sexy Pizza which is a short drive.
We truly were so grateful for this place during this time. You will not be sorry if you rent this place!

Perfect
Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here visiting our son who lives in Sloan’s Lake. The place is very clean, well stocked and spacious. The owners are great to work with and very responsive and kind. We had one minor hiccup, not their fault! However, they made it right even though they could not help the situation.
We loved this location and could walk to everything which was nice because we did not rent a car this time. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very safe and nice for walking. You will not be sorry if you book this VRBO!
