So dissatisfied
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsVery dirty. Unfortunately I booked a non refundable rate through Hotels.com. I didn't realized that this waived my right to a clean hotel room. This place was really bad. I had to pay for this room and in addition pay for a clean room next to this property. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pubic hair on floor, jelly stuck to countertop and food stuck on nightstand. After I made my observations known, the front desk attendant went to the room and came back and said, "it's clean, I don't see any problems"! So, as you imagine I left a room I paid for and paid for another in order to not sleep in disgust and filth.

The stay was not very good for us.

Our bed was sort of backwards with the head tilting downward. The pillows were not very comfortable for us. We were guests for a few nights so we didn’t ask for a different room, though we should have done so.
All in all, we will not stay there again.
