Online listing didn’t match
Publié le 6 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were unaware it was a shared stay with other guest it didn’t tell us that on VRBO and it also said parties and events allowed which was why we booked with you all. Besides that it was a really nice place to stay that was the only thing that messed with our stay.

While our listing does indicate that we allow certain "Events" such as conferences, retirements, and entire buyouts but never parties, it's important to emphasize that inquiries are necessary and expected for such arrangements. Despite our repeated communication of the house rules, which explicitly state "NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO CONFETTI," it appears there was a misunderstanding. Your actions not only disrupted other guests and resulted in notes being left under their doors, but also involved bringing over 50 people, locking the entrances of the hotel, and a lack of response to our attempts to communicate with you.
Unfortunately, the situation escalated to the point where police involvement was necessary, and we had to refund every single reservation due to the safety concerns raised by other guests. We continue to incur losses as a result of this incident.

Great place to stay for two people for a long weekend! Walkable to nice restaurants and shopping. Very quaint backyard patio with nice areas to sit and cozy indoor seating areas. Didn’t always find parking outside the BnB but there was always something available within a couple minutes walking. Would definitely recommend!

Walk Everywhere
Publié le 18 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location. Enjoyed the coffee and snacks provided in the common area. Communication was spot on. Able to walk to downtown and cool-vibe surrounding areas. Neighborhood restaurants were awesome with a local vibe.
We stayed in a very small room (#9). There is no chair or table or sink area for sundries. (Pics were honest). Fine for us, but a heads up.

Nice inexpensive spot close to Rino, Curtis Park, and Five Points
Publié le 24 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayQuite nice for the price, everything else in the neighborhood was hundreds more per night. Walking distance to a lot of great stuff. The building is beautiful, room was no-frills, but nice and clean. I'd absolutely stay again.

A wonderful experience
