You get what you pay for....
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsI'm not one to assume all extended stays should be raggedy. However, this one was very rough, the hallways have a weird odor, some guest complained of having bed bugs, and throughout my entire duration of being here my stove top did not work. The workers are okay, they help when they can. They do NOT clean up the rooms as often as they should and the WiFi sucks.

The staff was very kind and yes you felt safe. The young lady didn't charge us for our 2 cats. However there was a leak in the bathtub which made it leak out on the floor when you showered. I would recommend this location.

Don’t stay here
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWorst stay ever, we were given a dirty room and fortunately they were able to accommodate us to a clean room. However we were woken up by outsiders knocking on our window trying to buy drugs, we later found out they were knocking on the wrong window….

The girl at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. My husbandd is handicapped i had called ahead for a handicap room on the first floor. They didnt have one when we checked in. We ended up on the second floor with a full size bed for two of us bigger people. That was no more handicap, and had to pay $10:00 more to get that. Very disappointed.
