Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement.

Ric checked in and had a meeting and used the property. He brought in additional guests and wanted a bigger property. He decided to check out. He was refunded.

No heat

We arrived to the condo while it was snowing heavily, to find it at 54 degrees. Attempted to turn the heat on, but it was not working. Called Glen and waited for 2 hours for no response. Sent a message through the site and he responded with suggestions that i attempted before contacting him. He responded by telling me that the property manager checked the boiler and the pipes and they were hot. The apartment remaided freezing. No one ever showed up to check the heat and then that part of town lost power for hours. At my final request for someone to come and physically check the heat, the maintenance guy came up and did all things ai had already done, only to tell me that the heat was broken and he didn’t understand why. More hours passed and they finally did something and the heat began to work. No discount or refund has been offered. My next email will be to VRBO.

Unfortunately, the power went out in the whole area. Twice the first time it shut off the boiler and the second time. I had no control over public service. The guests were aware of that, but they were unaware that the power went out twice and tripped all the power. I instantly call them when I arrived from baltimore from a snowstorm. And called the manager right away to see what the issues were. The whole building was out for hours and for some reason, they thought I could create a miracle and turn on the power. The power finally turned on at two o'clock in the morning. Three other units were out also, and they were a lot more understanding. This couple was not understanding and wanted to blame me for the power going out and get a discount. I would not host them again.

Red Rocks

This property is in an area of older and newer homes. The home right across the street is in the process of being remodeled. So a changing neighborhood. The unit had one air conditioner in the living room. The bedrooms only had ceiling fans for cooling. We were surprised that some items you would normally find in a rental were not available in this home. No hair dryer, butter knifes, cork screw. The owner claims that you can sleep 6 but doesn't leave any sheets for the couches if you want to use them for sleeping. We did try to ask the person who lives on site for some items...but he or she never answered the door. These are very minor issues but I wanted to point them out. Overall, the unit was clean and the area was quiet. The location was great for all we wanted to do.
