The room was larger than most - a suite for the price on an average hotel room- and with a well equipped kitchen. The hotel didn’t waste money on a huge lobby but put the money into the rooms. Comfortable bed though I would have liked a heavier blanket.

I needed to cancel my stay and the staff would not let me do to the policy. Mind you, my wife is sick and we couldn’t get into the doctor as her insurance would not cover it. They are a joke so be careful if you stay here cause the staff and management have no hearts for people at all. I didn’t even go to the hotel, I just took the loss on the money from these inconsiderate and heartless people. All I wanted was my refund!!!

Horrible service. Asked about the shuttle service for 12:30 PM as my flight was at 3:15 PM was told there were no availability as the entire hotel only has five spaces for each time slot when I explained that I have a family five and there’s no way except of the entire time slot is empty. I was told this is a complementary service and they are not required to provide it. Although it was stated on the Expedia as a service that will be provided.

The room hadnt been cleaned and once they did clean it they took all the utensils. Stayed for 6 days and my room only got cleaned once.....and this is after I called and they stated the room is cleaned every 4 days. This was not the case.
