This hotel is perfect example of corporate greed. Very limited amenities, very small "king" room. No free coffee or breakfast available, $15 per night to park our car with nowhere to charge it. Crowds of people just hanging about the place drinking, inside and outside makes it feel unsafe. The police command station with flashing blue lights definitely adds to the urban inner city feel in a bad way. Most annoying was the street noise and sirens all night. Bed was comfortable though.

Homeless people approached my car and knocked on door. Hotel is close to 7 eleven where the homeless hangout.

The check in was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes. Breakfast was a huge waste of time and money.

I didnt like the fact that i had to pay for parking and could find a parking spot nowhere other than the street

Good and Bad
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsThe lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they really take care of it. The room could use some updates and more tlc in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, lukewarm at best, same with the hot tub and the jets did not work which was disappointing. Overall, just an okay hotel to stay at.

Awful experience, no communication
