THERE WERE NO CUPS IN THE BATHROOM. THE NIGHT WORKER WAS PISSED OFF BECAUSE HE HAD TO GET OUT OF THE CHAIR AND DO SOMETHING

This place was awful. Filthy. Dirty towels. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty blankets and sheets. Dirty mattresses. Had them move me to a new room. The pillows had hair on them in the new room. There was hair all over the bathroom floors. No mattress covers. The mattresses look stained with pee all throughout. Not even a little bit decent. I should have gotten a refund. It’s 150 dollars !!! It was awful. Awful. Worst place I ever stayed in. I never make complaints. So the fact that I am taking the time to say this, should tell you something.

Room bathroom was dirty , toilet paper on floor. Light stopped working wouldnt shut off staff cut electricity off the room and never offered to move to a different room

Upon arrival, no one was there to help and you have to go to the neighboring hotel to checkin. We were also told rooms with kitchens were for long term stays, although we already had booked one for the night. Once we were eventually led to our room, it did have a kitchen, but was the room was very dirty. The refrigerator was not usable and had built up ice and freezer burn and was leaking. The linen was dirty (towels and bed sheets). The space had an overall smell of dirty mop water. I took pictures and we tried to clean the space as much as possible, in order to be able to enjoy our stay. We did have to ask for more linen though, which may have upset housekeeping because the next morning she said something to the gentleman at the front desk when she saw my husband, and the front desk then refused to allow us to check out at noon, even though we had clothes in the dryer. We will not be coming back or recommending either this hotel or the neighboring hotel to anyone else. The customer service seemed ok the night we checked in, but the next morning they seemed vindictive and not accommodating, although they acknowledged the room was not up to par.

Very sketchy. Dirty. Did the clothes hanger trick on our door to make sure no one broke in.

False advertising

First off I booked a smoking room. Then the guy at the counter told me I did not smoking room. So I pulled it up and showed him. Then his comment was none of his rooms are smoking rooms. I said that's fine I'll go outside. Then he asked me for a $50 deposit and made all kind of notes on the envelope that he put the money in. Then this morning my room was checked to make sure I didn't smoke which I got the 50 back I didn't smoke in the room. But hotels smell like ramen noodles and sage. The kitchen area the cabinets had no doors. Kitchen wasn't very clean at all stains all over the floors stove top was very dirty. Bathroom walls look like they'd never been cleaned hair all over them. The hallway to get to the room look like the carpet was 30 years old. All stained up. Bedding head stains pillowcase was yellow. Overall I would not recommend.
