Staff was friendly ad helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom could use to be updated, but not bad.

Room not ready double charged

Room was not ready for check in. It was 10 pm before we got into our room. Other people came and were checked in while we waited and waited. Was told since it was booked via a 3rd party hotels.com that they couldn’t do anything for us to cancel and find other accommodations. Charged our credit card again even though the room had already been paid on hotels.com and I showed them the receipt. The hotel clerk didn’t seem to care and said they were booked up the night before and housekeeping was behind on cleaning rooms. Said there wasn’t anything she could do and she couldn’t control how fast the rooms were cleaned. I pointed out the sign right by the desk that said check in time 3pm and she again said she had no control over that. No apology or anything. We left the hotel lobby at 6pm to attend the concert we were in town for. Returned at 11pm and finally had a room. Have never had issues at Hilton before this but will not be using this hotel chain again Still trying to get the second charge off our card. On a side lie the location was nice and room was clean

The breakfast area was not kept clean during breakfast time. One person worked and had to do everything

Great hotel all around. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of food and shopping around. Easy access to interstate. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone
