The rooms and the public spaces were very clean. The free breakfast was actually excellent. The food was continually being restocked and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was convenient to the medical center. For those who had family that were patients or were there for testing, the location of the hotel couldn't be beat. The area was a bit iffy. I had read other reviews about the area, but I decided to book any way. Though we had absolutely no problems, I was cautious about the area.
The desk clerk did remind us about being aware of our surroundings and there was security in the parking lot.
All in all, we had a great stay.
