I really enjoy this property but the outside parking and finding your room seems confusing

Update your website

Should’ve had on the website that they only allow 21+ to rent a room. Waste of time and waste of money, the lady at the front desk let us know after we got there and then cancelled it but didn’t explain if we would get a refund or not. Lots of money pretty much wasted.

It is on the website. And Front desk did explain as she called me while you were standing there. I am the GM and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but we absolutely agreed to a refund as you did not stay. I personally approved the refund. Thank you for the feedback.

The room was not clean when arrived. Even after they cleaned wasn’t clean. Lights didn’t work in different areas of the room as well.
