Enjoy the comfort of our fully-equipped carriage house (2nd story) private apartment with separate entrance in historic Speer neighborhood. Excellent walk-ability (5 minutes) to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Free street parking. 1.5 miles from State Capitol , Denver Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Denver Art Museum and the Denver Performing Arts Center.

In the spirit of keeping travel affordable we have not raised our prices in over two years - even though our operating costs have increased. We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeeper and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to respectfully put the place back in order like you found it.

Twenty minute drive from world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater!

Located in the heart of Denver, with accessibility to nearly everything. Bike/walk on the Cherry Creek path, just a couple blocks up the street. It's surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside with blackout shades in the bedroom. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk??? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.!

If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and 1st Ave) and have a 5 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Your hosts are respectful of your privacy but are available to help you navigate the city/state if you have questions, or to talk and enjoy meeting new people. Urban Denver Hideout
Spacious, modern, and urban getaway that’s close to museums and gardens great for everyone. The waterfall shower head was a great amenity as well as the large kitchen countertops. The different keychains for the doors and gates was a little cumbersome, and the owner’s garage is directly below the bedroom which woke us up a couple mornings.There is no on site parking and the alley way is doable for ride share to get from place to place. Overall happy with Logan St Refuge, but may consider options closer to the core of downtown DEN next stay.All the best!

A great place to stay near downtown
A clean, safe, and cozy place located near downtown. It was particularly cold when I visited, but the carriage was toasty warm. The location was clean, and the directions were clear and to the point. Overall, I was very happy and would book this property again.

A gem!
We stayed for 10 days and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The dry air was hard on me but the humidifier that is supplied worked really well and made a big difference in my comfort. The kitchen is as spacious as it looks; bed very comfortable, exhaust fan in bathroom is well located and works very quickly. We converted the couch to a bed and it was nice place to hang out in. We hope to return in the spring to enjoy the yard. Overall it’s a relaxing and pleasant unit.

Great Little Oasis
Cindy and Daniel’s Logan Street Urban Refuge is just that … a wonderful spot in an urban setting. And n addition to the fantastic garden/patio/coy-pond common space the carriage house itself is well appointed and maintained with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Cindy and Daniel are great hosts who are quick to offer insight and help. You can’t go wrong staying here. We look forward to staying there again.

This was such a beautiful place. Geourgous garden greeted me on the other side of the gate. The apt was so insulated and quiet. I slept like a baby! I had everything i needed and then some with great hosts available at a moments notice. I wish i didnt have to leave!

We came to Denver for a 2 night visit. Cindy and Daniel’s place was perfectly situated for the Rockies game and the Red Rocks concert we attended. The carriage house was quaint and quite peaceful in a very cool neighborhood. The place was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. The courtyard is a picture of tranquility with the koi pond being the star of the show. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel in person. We highly recommend Cindy and Daniel’s carriage house!

Cindy and Daniel were wonderful hosts. The carriage house they created above their garage was cozy, modern, and very comfortable. We had the opportunity to enjoy their beautiful backyard garden and pond, and Daniel even gave me a little lesson on his beekeeping hobby! There were several eating places in walking distance from their house, and they allow us to access the Denver Botanic Garden through their membership. I would highly recommend them and if we ever get back to that area, we will definitely stay there again!

This property was perfect for a quick stay in Denver. There are several great dining options within walking distance and we were always able to park less than a half block from the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the unit and it was very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at the Logan Street Refuge. Again this place checks all the boxes. Very homey and comfortable. Well appointed. Private setting, with a beautiful back yard to enjoy. But above all is the genuine hospitality of the hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Stay
My husband and I stayed for five days, in part as a 'workcation.' We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as we worked. The location was fabulous with easy walks to restaurants and nearby sites. We enjoyed Cindy and Daniel's company in the evening. The unit had great amenities, including coffee, shampoo and tp, which isn't always the case in other VRBO's we have rented. We highly recommend staying at the Carriage House and would be happy to stay here again.
