Never will use hotels.com again
The quality was horrible, hand rails missing, toilet paper was on thr counter cause the roll was broken. Elevator was pitch black because lights were broken. This place was horrid. I will never use hotels.com again to reccomend me a hotel, the fact there were multiple lights out and the elevator was pitch blakc and still operational is beyond me. The room was disgusting and mutliple fixtures missing they just painted over. I uploaded a photo in the elevator.

Worse hotels in Aurora Co
It was horrible from the day we checked in until we checked out. This place is ridiculous I paid and for some reason throughout my stay they kept saying the room was vacant and how I didn’t have a room yet I paid and showed my receipt then it happened again the following day so I was not understanding why the issue wasn’t fixed the first time and on our last day the receptionist didn’t want to re set my room key to get in because I never was registered into a room so basically the same problem throughout the stay.

On the site it said a microwave and mini fridge would be part if the room. There was neither in any of the rooms. Had to walk to 711 to heat up my food or it would have gone bad since there was no fridge either.

It was very scary with the drug addicts and drug dealers openly selling and using drugs by the window next door to mine. I initially thought there was a rape in progress and everybody just turned a cheek. Clean up the property and add security.
