I didn't get to stay the second night?? Not sure why but had to sleep on the streets it was not fun or what I call sleep no shower yet and hopefully I can check in today if they will let me!! Only way I will do this is if one person who was nice at front desk is working and I'm calling ahead to check as I will not unless Michelle is working!!!

All of the online photos show tables in all the rooms. THERE ARE NO TABLES IN ANY OF THE ROOMS. I specifically booked this room because I needed a table work at 8-10 hours daily. This motel is in the tech center for chrissake. Don't they know that a good percentage of their customers are there doing business? The night manger tolf me that a table would e brought to my room in the morning. Then, the day manager told me there wasn't a single table in the entire 5 story building. Complete nonsense. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff are very rude have family living at hotel

After that they treated me like I was a horrible person trying to get a free stay when I was willing to pay them today or tomorrow and they gave me 5 minutes to charge my phone in the lobby before telling me to leave???! Not sure what they are thinking as I could have been in a room and they could have made money but instead treated me like I was the worst person in the world!!

Ehh what you pay for
Posted Sep. 13, 2024 on HotelsDefinitely a crack hotel. As I was checking in a man was explaining at the front desk how he saved a kid from falling from a tall height at the hotel. And then as I was checking out a handicap guy was getting put in the back of a police car.
The hotel room was decent tho. It was modern like the picture except the bathroom. Found boogers and hairs on my towels. The hallways smelt like a gross kitchen home smell.
It was fine for a solo traveler who ain’t afraid of no crackhead you can easily take on. The price was what you paid for. Overall I slept fine.

I did not stay here. This motel is getting 1 star because I attempted to confirm my stay and was hung up on, 5 times. I live 7 hours from this location and would have gotten into town very late. I did not want issues, so i called to make sure my room would be there when i pulled in. Not only did the front desk hang up on me twice, but the customer service agents hung up on my 3 times. There was no confrontation or rudeness, there was no reason. I did not receive call backs or emails. So i cancelled the reservation and had Hotels.com (amazing help) email them for a waiver. After 72 hours, i was informed that Motel 6 would not give a cancelation waiver. No further explanation.
This motel should be struck from the list of possible places to stay.
