Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was not clean, the carpets are filthy dirty throughout the entire house, the backyard is a hot mess with weeds/ leave everywhere which prohibits the use of the back yard. Patio furniture has rips n tears in several, seats, big green raggedy umbrella thrown across the yard. When stepping out onto the porch it wobbles due to unsteadiness. Bedroom on top level with stripe accent wall has a huge dip in the mattress. Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. Overall rating 2 stars.

Family Vacation
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the location, close to all things we wanted to do. The air didn’t work the first day, they sent someone out to fix it and I got better. The last night the air didn’t work at all entire house was 80 degrees. Two family members slept outside as it was cooler out there. The back yard had a lot of weeds and wasps nests so was co corned for the kids getting stung. The house was the perfect size for what we needed just felt for what we paid for it could e been better.

Great place to stay
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!

Honest Review
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration!
My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook.
Otherwise the place is awesome!

Perfect for a large group
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe size of the house was perfect for our group, however I thought it could have been cleaner and stocked a little better in the kitchen. Only three large mugs were provided for coffee;would suggest a few more especially since the house is advertised for 14 people. Also, I thought the “theater room” was misrepresented in the listing. It appeared to be in a basement in a large space, but was actually in a garage converted for this purpose. Not very appealing or inviting for all us.

Thanks for your review. We didn't receive any communication from you during your stay, which would have allowed us to easily rectify a couple of your concerns (we could have coffee mugs delivered within an hour). We'll have new coffee mugs delivered today for our next guests! We do not hide that the theatre room is located in a converted garage...I think the pictures accurately reflect it's location. Again, we appreciate that took the time to write a review, we only wish you had notified us of your concerns during your stay.
