Personnels très sympathiques mais manque de connaissances sur le secteur. Nous avons posé quelques questions à l’accueil sur les restaurants, magasins et montagnes autours et ils n’avaient pas beaucoup de réponses. Ils essayaient par contre de nous aider via Google, mais nous pouvions le faire nous même. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est terrible. Nous entendions tout de la chambre voisine. Le restant était parfait pour nous. Restaurant de l’hôtel très bon et bon service. Bibliothèque a même l’hôtel avec de très bons cafés. Chambre très belle et très propre. Stationnement facile d’accès.

Nice hotel with great view and location.
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a nice hotel. I liked the modern feel of it with the hardwood floors instead of carpet. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view and it's located in such a nice quiet area with all you need within a miles drive. The restaurant is convenient down stairs and their is a coffee shop and movie theater next door.
I just wish they had a microwave in the room. I would recommend that they take more time cleaning the shower tile and sink, if they want to keep the rooms clean. Would stay again.

Nothing horrible, just nothing great other than the people. The employees could not have been nicer but next time would look for a better place to stay.

This is my two time staying at this property and it’s always a great environment. The staff is great, the rooms are spacious and they know how to welcome guest. During our visit there was a heat wave and the teams made sure to keep the AC on in the rooms and the shades drawn to keep in the cool. Also enjoy the easy checkout process.

The hotel itself is nice to look at. There is a restaurant on the premises ( a little pricey), and others nearby. It's a quiet area. Our room wound up with a toilet that would not stop running, and AC that kept turning off, and the last night the TV stopped working. We were told maintenance would take care of it, but never did. The woman working the desk came up to replace our remote control, and she could not fix the TV issue. They comped us a breakfast after she said there was nothing they could do. It did not appear that they had the staff to care for the issues.
