There was a spit ball on the wall above the bed, what looked like a splatter of blood, and cobwebs in the room. We went down for breakfast at 8 am (breakfast ended at 9) and the only thing available was yogurt. The juice machine was off, the waffle mix was empty, there was no milk for cereal, and no bread for the butter and peanut butter they had out. When we asked if there would be anymore food coming out, the staff member replied " what's out there is what's left". There wasn't even any coffee. After waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes, along with calling out for anyone to help us, we left. Will not stay here again!

Every time we would go up to the front, there was no one there. one day there wasn’t even breakfast. On the day we were checking out there was at least a good four other people trying to check out as well and we had to start yelling for someone to come to the front desk because these guys have been waiting already for a good 30 minutes. The room smelled disgusting. We went up to see if they had any forks so we could eat our dinner that we had delivered to us and apparently they don’t have forks. The staff was not helpful and the fact that they were hardly ever at the desk is just shocking to me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Most areas in hotel smelled like dope. And not great location

I had no issues except the fact that pull out sofa do not have sheets when we went to ask they said they didn’t have any so my third party sleep very uncomfortable.

We booked it knowing they had free breakfast because we had a busy morning and a flight to catch.the website and anything else I read said breakfast went till 10 on weekends but apparently they had recently changed that and when we went down at 9:15 everything wa packed up. We were short on time to get to our flight but then had to quickly find breakfast elsewhere and rush to the airport. It wasn’t ideal. Also, our shower didn’t drain so we had to stand in dirty water when we showered.

Was highly disappointed that the website says breakfast served until 10 on the weekends and they shut it down at 9 am. The breakfast is the only reason we stayed there.

Breakfast not really included
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was clean and comfortable. If you’re booking for the free breakfast make sure you get down there at 6am or it’s all gone by 8. It was not restocked which was disappointing for us.
