Needed a hotel to stay near the airport , due to early morning departure. Was given a room on the road side , the car/truck noise was non stop and sleeping was limited. Sounded like a race track all night long. I would recommend avoiding rooms on that side . Probable will not be staying at a Quality Inn in the future.

Construction was awful.no one offered assistance with luggage and cart through the construction area. Why would an accessible room be on the third floor all the way at end of hall? What if something happened to elevator and we cannot do stairs.

The property was average - the room was spacious and the breakfast was good, but the walls were thin and the shuttle service was infrequent, shared with a number of other local properties (so too many stops after a long day of travel) and in very poor condition.

I wish I had the name of the man who was so mean to me, but he was quick to say “go ahead, call my manager”, as he verbally abused us and asked us to leave the premises or he’d call security, when we asked the room number our daughter was in. She has a baby and had fallen asleep and couldn’t answer, and there was no compassion but beyond that he was just mean. I have never experienced such poor customer service and will not go to Quality Inn again.
