Property is a bit dated but staff is very friendly and fantastic location for Red Rocks ampitheatre

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. The property was a little unkempt (dried out hanging flower baskets outside, wallpaper peeling from the hall and secured with tape

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast, the options were limited and were the same every single day out of the 6 days we stayed. The bed was not comfortable as the mattress was old. The carpet is also very old and smelly! The staff was super cordial, nice and the welcome gift was very much appreciated!!!

Staff was friendly at the desk. Lady working at breakfast was hard worker. She was alone to handle the busy traffic in the morning due to flight cancellations. I feel bad that I forgot to tip her On the last morning.

Good location for Red Rocks shows

We could not check-in a half hour early, although our room was ready at check- in time at 4:00. We were told there would be no house keeping for 3 nights and if we wanted towels or anything else to ask and it would be provided. The room was clean with extra towels. The king bed was smaller than most and not firm, it sank in the middle, the mattress needs replacing.
