Stayed on New Years Eve and New Years Day Eve. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. Staff is the friendliest I encountered in a long time.

The shuttle service was awful. The worst one I have ever had. I just needed a place to rest and refresh with a quick power nap and shower during my late-night layover, but the shuttle didn’t show up for over an hour. To make matters worse, the driver was incredibly rude over the phone. I ended up skipping the hotel and just stayed at the airport. It was so frustrating!

The hotel’s shuttle service is outstanding. The shuttle was not only prompt but also impeccably clean and comfortable. The driver was courteous and ensured I had a seamless ride to and from the airport. They coordinate shuttle times perfectly with flight schedules, which is incredibly convenient. The staff at SYLO Hotel are absolute professionals. From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail.
