Things to know that we did not: -Some amenities depend on your assigned unit. It advertised and gave instructions for TVs in bedroom and living room. As other complained, not a TV in 33s bedroom. Couch isn’t very comfortable for movie sitting. -no elevators (but only 3 stories) -parking is not plentiful and people do use it for neighboring businesses. Not a huge concern as we had a handicap pass, but good to know and expectations set. We had only 1 tricky parking night of 5. -people complained in reviews about noise. Our unit seems to have acted on others feedback providing a noise machine and earplugs. We are from a town (not city city) and it was fine. Yes, sometimes you can hear traffic, but the AC unit running was the loudest and acted like our noise machine leaving the fan option on. Hope this helps!

This property has no one on site you have to call a service rep and wait on hold every time you need something i tried to check in 1/2 hr early and they wanted to charge me for it the parking lot is always full of cars from the local bars and restaurants, so parking is a nightmare at night and since you don't register your car the towing company doesn't know who's supposed to be there you are right next to a major highway so it's always noisy especially when you try to go to bed Its more like we rented a furnished apartment for a week and only the living room has a tv (you have to use your own streaming services) the 2 bedrooms don't have tv's in them unlike every other hotel there isn't 1 place to plug a charging cable in for the phones either (we went to the store and bought one)

Overall good stay, we did get locked out of the property once, but it seemed to be a problem with the system since the alternate code was not working either. Problem was resoved quickly. Parking is not convenient, but the location certainly did.

The property was well located relative to great restaurant options, but the property itself was not worth the money. It is a studio, with a large kitchen, but no seating area and only a small table with hard chairs. There is tons of storage space, but if you are going to need so much storage, you are also going to need a sofa or a couple of armchairs. A second night stand would have been appreciated, as well as a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There was a constant sound at night like a car alarm, but we could not figure out where it was coming from, though we do think it was within the building. Basically it felt like an overpriced hotel room with a large, but generally useless, kitchen.

If there is a way. I would recommend somehow making the room code also the outside entry door code , or making that code much shorter. I left my cell in the room and was not able to gain entry until another individual came out

Good but not great.

Location was great, Services not so much. I initially relied on having fresh towels everyday, but that did not last too long. Fresh towels were not available on a daily basis as i expected. I started washing my towels on a daily basis on the supplied washer/dryer. The noise was extensive from parked cars on the lot to the noise from the streets. Parking is limited on first come first serve basis. The number of available lots do not meet the available units.
