I would like to give this a place 5 stars across the board but there are just a thing or two that could be improved. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast and coffee service. Great 'suite' style rooms with plenty of room and full facilities. Property is showing its age especially outside of the rooms. Hallway is dark, dank & dingy with old dark carpeting and yellowed walls. Room was really nice for the most part but our bathroom had a slow draining shower, the toilet seat finish was rubbing off and the toilet roll holder was unattached from the wall at one side so the roll fell off every time it was used. The latter two problems could have been resolved with a toilet seat and bolt.

Lobby, pool and breakfast were great. Room was mostly clean. Corners, baths and other details need some work.

The location was great, nice to have the outdoor pool and the staff was friendly. However, the hotel is dated - the rugs are old and worn. The worst part was the dirty floors in the room. At one point I dropped a pair of black shorts on the floor and when I picked them up there was white dog hair and a long piece of hair on them. (I have short grey hair). The bathroom floor was sticky and you could see many foot prints on it --suggesting it had not been mopped. Gross!

Very comfortable room- which makes a huge difference. Front desk staff not friendly, not trained at all, and a lot of the times not even there at the front desk. Seemed like every time we needed to go to the front desk there was a new trainee. Also seems like there is a huge lack of experience . Thankful room was comfortable. And their morning breakfast is not up to par compared to other hotels that are comprable

I gave an average rating for two reasons: there was no maid service, which is fine, but we were not informed at check in and, after three days, we needed fresh towels. However, the reason why I will not return again is parking. There are many other options close by (same style hotel) with free parking. This place charges $15 per day which is outrageous for a motel/hotel when Marriott and others are free.
