The staff at this property are very nice and friendly. They helped with every request we had. It was clean and comfortable.

The room had a full kitchen. The facility had a gym and laundry too. Staff was very friendly and place was clean.

Bathtub plug didn't work. Then water came down from upper floor, dripping around top of the bathroom door frame. The clock was never set to right time. The toilet seat was so loose it slipped around. The first 2 items were fixed by staff when I asked. Didn't ask on the others because i was tired of interrupting my stay to get things fixed. Bed was wonderfully soft and comfy, and layout of the room and of the building was good. Once staff showed me how to use the weird online system to pay for laundry, the laundry room worked excellently and having a good laundry room is a real draw to come back. It was also great to have a fridge and microwave. Good value for money.
