L impression d être comme dans un musé est fort agréable.la localisation peut être pour certain formidable et pour d autre moyenne.je suggèrerais que les employés au front desk fassent une visite guidée de leur ville ce qui leur permettrait de nous aider un peu plus...😕

A very good location for my stay in Denver. my room was quiet which i requested. All hotels are challenged by staff turnover and lack of training of existing staff.

Female staff that I spoke with over the phone do not understand what customer service is. Very rude and unprofessional. The only reason I did not give a terrible rating because of a kind and professional male staff. These female staff worked on Friday evening into Saturday evening. The male staff we spoke with was very kind and understands what customer service means. Part of staying at a hotel is staying at a place that understands how to speak with their customers.

Great except for the 6am alarm
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis was a beautiful hotel, with a wonderfully welcoming staff. The room was very clean and the view of the city great. However, on Saturday morning, the alarm clock in our room went off at 6am. That's a tough start to what we had hoped would be a relaxing Saturday.

Nice looking property with a friendly staff. On a busy street (Broadway) a lot of street noise for the street facing rooms.
