I had a very difficult time during check-in. Had to wait a considerable amount of time considering only two people were checking people in. Also everything in the hotel seem to require a QR code for everything so I was unable to buy any food any drinks or find any services without having to use an app to do it and to me being in my fifties is extremely off-putting. For this reason I won't be staying here again. The place is nice it's just extremely inconvenient and it feels like a construction zone and parts which it probably is. Considering the price is totally not worth it for convenience only.

To me if I spend $400 on a room, I shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour to check in. I just walked past the check-in desk and it’s still a long line. I don’t wait that long to check into a Super 8.

Room was fine. No surprises. The room service food was horrible and so expensive. I tried dinner and breakfast. I spent $25 for a breakfast sandwich which was egg, bacon and bread. Not even any cheese. Hot tea was $9.00. Food was definitely the low point but overall it was fine.

This was our third stay at the Westin. We love how close it is to the airport, but we hate the beds. The beds always leave us with sore backs in the morning. Love it otherwise.
