Très bon hotel à 25 minutes à pied de downtown, chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée, navette dispo sur demande vers downtown (sauf le WE), personnel très agréable.

This hotel was far from all the good restaurants - leaving after the sun went down was a not a very good safe feeling. Alot of bums walking around and druggies

Please rest assured that we do have security overnight and happen to be in a safer than most area due to the hospital close by always having staff or security around 24/7. When we checked in, the front desk attendant advised us that the room we booked had a broken AC unit, but she was able to put us in an accommodating room. It was better than what we booked and she allowed us to stay the duration of our vacation! The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed additional toiletries. We all had an excellent stay with our kids and dogs!
