Thank you for the review. It is important to remind folks that this spectacular cabin with amazing views of the Continental Divide does sit above a switchback curve of a mountain road. There is some vehicle noise, but it's not too bad :)

More than just a cabin!

Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great with the exception of the checkout process. Checkout is 10:00. We were packed and ready to leave and I was in the house finishing up a conference call and the cleaning lady arrived. She knocked on the door and was very rude and said I have to leave now. I also received a call from management that was also very rude saying 10:00 is check out and and there are no exceptions. I was simply on a phone call and felt the citation was handled very unprofessional. I have stayed here on several occasions. I will not be back and I will let the others that I know have stayed here about management.

Would be PERFECT for a family with kids as the loft would be a ton of fun…location perfect for anyone who wants to escape to the mountains. Great coffee shop 5 minutes away. Hiking possibilities are endless. Had a very minor issue with water (that ended up fixing itself in about 5 minutes) but the property manager was on their way the second I texted! So very responsive Amazing place. Highly recommend.

Great home!
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family planned a visit to see the surrounding area, and the location was perfect. We drove to Estes Park for a day trip and visited Boulder and the way back. We saw a concert at Red Rocks, which was less then 30 mins away. Also, visited Lookout Mountain and Golden, which was also less than 30 mins away. Overall, great trip. The house is in the mountains a bit, about 15 mins from the main road, but we enjoyed being tucked away a bit, but also being so close to everything. The house has amazing views of the mountains. Beautiful home!

Amazing stay

The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in seamless. I highly recommend this Vrbo rental for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable mountain getaway.

Upon arrival, the door code and wifi password were incorrect, so we had to drive back out to get phone reception and call mgmt. They responded immediately and we got in. A small inconvenience. The worst problem was the water, undrinkable and wrecked all the dishware in the cabin. Gross. We should've brought paper plates and plastic ware. The water problem affected the master shower, too. Poor water pressure, plugged shower head. They need to get this fixed and replace all dishes, cups, silverware. Otherwise, incredibly beautiful cabin and a nice 4 night stay.

Girls weekend
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code into the house and the wrong WiFi password. We tried to text and email
The host and never received a response
. That was a bit annoying. We were able to call the office and spoke to a lovely woman who assisted. I suggest calling if you have questions not emailing. There were a few bugs, that we found by the windows near the fireplace but not a big deal , the bathroom in one of the bedrooms came off the hinges, not a big deal. The outside porch with fire pit and grill was awesome. There are two restaurants near the cabin, a liquor store , convenience store and a coffee shop. That’s it. If you need to shop for groceries you need to go into town. Netflix, prime all available , couldn’t find local news. There are puzzles and books and games. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Great, cozy cabin…no hot water
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin is beautiful, compfy and cozy. We loved our stay there even though there was NO hot water the entire time of our stay. We didn’t want to bother anyone since it was the weekend so we just made due with what we had. And we really didn’t want maintenance people in and out during our stay. I have no doubt the property managers would have taken care of us had we called.

Pleasant Stay and views did not disappoint!
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house.
A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back on track quickly with both situations.
Would happily stay here again!
