Rude staff and unsanitary living conditions!!

Calling this place a hotel is a stretch. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help, the room was disgusting with pungent smells, hair everywhere, cracked ceiling and broken light, housekeeping is once a week (a luxury not a requirement), the carpets (both hallway and room) and the bathroom were extremely dirty! The only thing that was done was a made bed, with how dirty and gross this place was it’s hard to tell if the bedding was even clean given the state of the room. I would never book an uptown suite ever again in fact, how is this place even calling itself a hotel? The pictures are a lie! Everything about this place was an absolute nightmare I could not stay in such unsanitary conditions! Horrible staff, disgusting room, and purely false advertising. You’ve been warned!

I was not allowed to check in. I was told pitbulls were not allowed. I did not see the breed as a discriminated breed anywhere on the website. So my three legged dog and I went to the extended stay next diir

I have bug bites all over me. The only make your key to the room work 2 to 3 days unfriendly staff I left the hotel on the 25th. They still owe me from the 25th to 5 January. I would not stay in that hotel again . People play loud music at 1:32 3330 in the morning fire department was there.

Very dirty and poorly managed. It’s a shame because the area and condition of hotel is good and it seemed to have a recent renovation. Checked into first room and it smelled like a dog exploded. Requested room move and second room had squished roaches all over walls and behind night stands. Luckily I did not see any living so I requested housekeeping clean the bugs next day to avoid another room move. This never happened. I requested again by the morning manager the next day and again it never happened. I requested two more times with two more employees over the coming days to please clean the dead bugs and again was met with empty promises. At that point I gave up and just dealt with the dead bugs during the remainder of my stay. Never again. Employees seem unhappy and disengaged, management makes empty promises and not focused on guest service and hotel is dirty.
