Th hotel is very tired and needs updating. We had to change rooms due to problems in the room. Certainly not worth the price!

If I hadn’t pre-paid, I would have gone elsewhere. It looked sketchy pulling up, the main sign was half lit and there were hardly any cars in the lot.
When we walked in, we were hit in the face with the smell of water damage/mildew. The ceiling in our room and bathroom door frame had obvious signs of water damage.
WiFi never worked. Parking lot needs a re-do.
Breakfast was a joke - coffee was watery and I wouldn’t make banana bread with bananas that ripe.
Redeeming factors: great shower water pressure and a convenient walk to the concert venue.

Great location, nice hotel. A/C was out in the room, was 80 degrees. Opened the windows, but the rest of the condensers for the other rooms that were apparently working, were directly outside the windows. They offered to switch rooms, but it was midnight when we got back from the concert and weren’t into making a change that late.

We had bed bugs in our room! So disgusting! We brought our 2 daughters with us to attend a concert. Never would have paid that much only to stay close to the venue if it weren't for them!!! And sure enough after 2 nights there we all had multiple bite marks and found evidence of bed bugs in the sheets the following morning, including exoskeletons!!! I tried to talk with the front desk upon check out and was not given a "oh. no" an "I'm sorry"...just told "talk to the manager". Very poor service!! I have tried to reach out to the establishment multiple times and have yet to get a response let alone an apology. Best part...I am a member of a large band group following on social media. So FYI, your booking numbers may be down for furture events. Very poor service. Very disappointed
