House is in need of repair!

Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWas not happy at all. The code on the door kept changing everytine we left had to call to get new one. The hot tub smelled horrible and had hair floating in it. Shower and bathroom were ok stive and microwave are both broken and there some sketchy wiring hanging out of back of furnace. The house is in a good area close to newport and restraunts but definatly wouldnt book again unless it was better maintained

We apologize for the microwave not working and want to note that a countertop loaner was provided while we waited for the over-the-range microwave to be delivered. We're glad to report that it is currently scheduled for installation. Additionally, our local manager assured us that the hot tub is cleaned between each guest and the fireplace was just serviced by a certified technician. To clarify, the home does not have a furnace. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope we have the opportunity to better impress you on your next getaway.

Do not stay here
Publié le 1 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayHeat didn't work and they didn't respond in a timely manner. They ofered a partial refund which we have not seen. We were supposed to stay here two nights and left after one night when they didn't fix the heat.

Depoe Bay adventure
Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time going whale watching, shopping, and eating. Hot tub was nice as well! The only exceptions were upstairs mattress and box springs, and a nail head sticking up on the floor near the table.

Very clean and comfortable. A few issues with the gas fireplace and the shower head fixture — but nothing that hampered our stay in any way.
Very close to the main drag and all the fun —
Would definitely recommend!
