You have to pay for everything at this property including heater, dental kit, slippers, water bottle etc. These items are not included in your booking so please make sure you have all the essentials if you want to book a room at this property which I would never recommend!

Publié le 5 nov. 2013 sur HotelsI would recommend staying in 2* within city than choosing this property. Firstly the location is way outside the city. Secondly the bathrooms are very old perhaps not renovated in last 15-20 years. Only positive was the size of the room. Everything else including room service was a big let down.

it was good experience staying in hotel sun park.No hot water was available on my entire stay in the hotel. A bit far from the city.Staff was very good and cooperative.

Publié le 12 oct. 2011 sur ExpediaThey had a VERY loud banquet in the court yard outside my room. At 10:00 I final took a sleeping pill and used ear plugs. The hotel could not have cared less that 20 rooms were being disturbed. So the next night I asked for a different room. This room was next to different banquet center. Same thing at 11:00 I final took a sleeping pill and used ear plugs.
The room service server made me a tip him 10 times the guide books recommendation before he would leave my room.
When I check in the desk clerk forgot to return my passport. The next morning when I could not find it they pulled it out of a drawer. If I had not remembered I would have been 10 hours away at the airport with out my passport needed to return to the USA. How knows why they did not call my room rather that putting it in drawer?
Restaurant was very slow even when I was the only customer – 10 minutes for a cup of coffee.
