This charming cottage in Derby is a cozy retreat for guests looking to unwind. With 2 bedrooms featuring a full bed and a twin bed, a relaxing bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and convenient amenities like AC and WiFi, large fully fenced in yard accessible from the back deck for your pups, screened in back porch, propane grill, raspberry, and blueberry bushes in the back garden, a large outdoor fire pit, a long dock for your boats, woodburning stove hearth that's made of real dinosaur footprints, the walleye in bass fishing on the lake is incredible, Also, there are 2 kayaks and 2 wake boards available for your use. This amazing property has everything you need for a tranquil stay. We're happy to assist with any questions before and while you stay at our cottage.
