The office had no record of my reservation. Extra charges on top of what I was quoted. roaches in bathroom. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Said free wi fi but there was no internet. TV wanted my Google password in order to watch.

Tried three different rooms. None were clean. Piles of linens. Exposed wires. No light covers. Toilet and tubs were disgusting. Had to go through the hassle of getting a room elsewhere and to get a refund from Expedia. When the property owner finally responded to my call she said they were not taking reservations and I asked then why did I have a reservation? She had no answer.

Check-in and out went smoothly. Room door was not locked when I arrived. As it was night that felt a little creepy. Room was clean enough. Bed was extremely comfortable. Property is under renovation and grass needed cutting so that made appearance not so appealing. Staff was friendly. Area was quiet and peaceful, felt safe. Overall, my expectations were met. The bed exceeded my expectations.

It's a budget hotel. Definitely could have been cleaner (trust me, I scrubbed the bathtub and sink, as well as the AC filter); the room needed a good scrubbing. Other reviewers mentioned bugs, and yeah, there are some insects - it IS literally surrounded by cornfields. Never saw a roach and no evidence of bed critters. The water was hot, and the AC, though not on in the beginning (and it was 100 outside), eventually cooled the room to a comfortable temperature.
Staff was really friendly, and check-in/-out was really easy. That bed was SO COMFORTABLE - best sleep in ages. I checked the mattress and it appeared to be a Lucid brand - I am seriously considering one for the house. It was really awesome.
The fridge was good and cold, and there were a TV and microwave as well (didn't use those, but assume they worked).
Not the greatest, but I've seen and stayed in worse. I would go back, but ask for a good room cleaning first.

I didn’t feel safe-and couldn’t relax for fear of bugs. To be fair, I only ever saw a dead cricket, but I kept expecting to be overrun with bugs.
Everything was broken. One electrical outlet worked, but had a short so it only worked occasionally. The sink was falling off the wall.

The room was nice clean and spacious for the amount, I would definitely book again

The motel is OUTDATED!!!!!! It DESPERATELY NEEDS to be UPDATED. The bathroom counter was held up with a 2 b by 4 piece of lumber. The WATER was AWAFUL!!!!!! It was BROWN and MUDDY looking!!!!!!! NEEDS to be UPDATED!!!!! My room was NEVER cleaned the whole time I was there. The ENTIRE property needs to be UPDATED if they are to remain in service.

Hello Herbert, thank you for the feedback. Regarding the “outdated” rooms, you must have booked a Standard room as those we have not fully renovated, but that’s why they are cheaper in price (they still have new sheets, towels, tables, etc. but are not fully renovated). Our Deluxe rooms have been remodeled with NEW mattresses, furniture, TV, flooring, etc installed within the last 6 months. Actually several guests have been repeat customers because the mattresses we have are the newest around and are thick 14 inch mattresses (not the thinner 10 inch ones many hotels use). We hope you give us a chance to serve you again in the near future.
