best holidays ever
Publié le 5 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayl appartement est proche des transports et magasins ainsi de restaurants la vue est a couper le souffle et l on n 'en se lasse jamais .
Nous avons passé avec mon mari un superbe moment et notre hôte Richard toujours disponible et à l écoute .
Une personne très agréable ainsi que les personnes en charge de la maintenance du lieu .
A refaire !!

Great view but apartment was just ok
Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe draw to this place is the gorgeous location right on the beach. Watching the waves with our coffees in the morning was great, and the sunsets were beautiful. The swimming was OK. While the beach itself is sandy, it's pretty rocky once you're in the water, and it's rocky getting in. But could be solved with water shoes. Also, a warning that the waves varied a lot each day, and we did not consider it safe to swim some of the time because of how strong the surf was. Someone drowned there on our last day. Just be cautious, maybe ask a local's opinion on conditions if you're unsure. Regarding the apartment itself, we didn't care for it. It was a bit rustic, not very well equipped, and had maintenance issues. The master shower wasn't draining hardly at all when we arrived, and they didn't come to address it for 3 days. By then, my husband had spent some time trying to deep clean their drain of sand and hair with an old coat hanger so we could shower. They didn't improve things any further than my husband had, and it continued to drain slow. We didn't want to use the 2nd bathroom because it smelled like mold. The master bed was uncomfortable - too hard, and was just 2 single beds pushed together so there was a gap in the middle. We wouldn't stay here again. Also be aware that you must buy everything, even toilet paper. The owner was very nice, but there seemed to be a disconnect between him and who handles the apartment locally (she was less nice).

Good location with nearby supermarket, bus stops and bars.

It just needed a few things like a TV would've been nice and screens on the windows or a screen sliding door to the deck so you could let in the nice ocean breeze. Simply Stunning
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at little reef in October 24, and arrived after dark. We were welcomed by grantley, who and handed the keys to a clean welcoming property.
Next morning we woke at sunrise and opened the large windows and were presented with the view exactly as per Richard's pictures. The apartment has all the required accessories for a stay, plus the added bonus of snorkelling equipment, and a safety float.
We spent our mornings and evenings on the beach outside the door, snorkeling in an abundance of sea life including turtles. A bar restaurant is available 2 doors away which serves cocktails and reasonably priced meals. Within fitts village are a couple of car hire companies which allowed us to explore from little reef.
We were truly sad to leave the apartment at the end of our stay, and whilst at the all inclusive we stayed at afterwards, we decided that next year, it will be all Little Reef.

Girls Getaway in Paradise
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful apartment right on the beach, gorgeous sunsets and ocean views. Crystal clear water, restaurants and grocery stores easy walking distance away and public buses run regularly right outside the gate. A hidden little gem.

Little Reef

There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen.
An AC unit would be a great addition in the Living room. It was hot so you have to leave the bedroom doors open to cool the appartment.
The Iron work is rusted.....
The unit need a complete refresh!

A Slice of Bajan Heaven
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayYou could never get tired of going to bed to the sound of the waves and waking up and sipping coffee on the balcony with this stunning view.
Great location with a walkable market and bar just steps away.
Place is equipped with everything you need from blender to coolers and ice packs.
Rooms are very spacious with own bathroom for each room. Lots of closet space.
Hanging rack for wet clothes, sun loungers for the deck.
Rooms have AC that works very well and can cool down the main area a bit if you leave bedroom doors open.
We had everything we needed and more.
Grantley (neighbor) was amazing and helpful.
Richard was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
Some issues with the hot water at times, but nothing too bad.
Would definitely stay here again!!!!

The island is always welcoming.
The property is actually better this time around.
The staff is amazing.
We will be back.
