agreable séjour

nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet hotel nourriture tres bonnes je vous conseil cet hotel si vous voulez vous reposer mais pour les escurtion pas grans choses a faire au alentours juste du repos si non dans l ensemble peut mieux faire surtout pour les enfants voila bon séjour

Crystal Cove is a beautiful location with comfortable rooms and a nice beach. The property is a little dated (it will be upgraded shortly), but we had a very nice time there on the whole. Pros - The food was generally good and there was enough variety that we didn’t get tired of it - The free water sports (skiing, sailing, kayaks, etc) are excellent and the water conditions conducive to taking advantage. - The bar was well stocked. - The room was a reasonable size and in decent condition and generally kept clean. - The staff were mostly friendly, particularly the lobby and concierge staff and the waterfront staff. - The gym was very nice Cons - Service was very slow in the restaurants, and extremely inefficient. We have stayed at many island resorts and all inclusives and the service here was notably slow. Not unpleasant or nasty. Just incredibly slow and forgetful This is not something we observed elsewhere on the island, so it seems to be a cultural thing at this particular property. Hopefully Marriot (which plans to do a physical upgrade) will also try to improve the service culture. - The AC worked, but ours was very loud at times because of a loose part. - We had no hot water at all for the first couple days and when they came to address it, the result was tepid water (Our party’s other room had hot water so it was apparently not a property wide issue).

Beautiful property and we really enjoyed our time here. Overall, we are happy we stayed here. Food was good and the snorkeling right off the beach was excellent. If you're a snorkler, bring your own equipment. We were happy we did. Lots of the chairs had broken awnings which was a bit of a challenge if you didn't get out early to grab ones that work (and it was so hot, shade was important to us), and there was one particular server at the awesome Cave Bar (amazing swim up bar side - very fun!) that clearly hates her job and makes people feel unwelcome, but otherwise, the service was pretty good, especially at the Drifter's Bar. Management was attentive. We would return to this nice property and are happy we stayed here. Check in and check out was easy. Lovely rum punch upon arrival!

We had a great stay! Resort is so pretty and well laid out. Great food - beautiful pools beach and clean comfortable rooms. Lots of free water sports and things to do during the day.

Some of the staff were very friendly. I noticed that the facility is short on staff & overwork the staff they do have. The waitress needs additional training, some work fast but, lack customer service others come across as they’re just going thru the motions. Also, the front desk needs to communicate the additional fees upfront, provide receipts even if you booked with a 3rd party. This resort lack entertainment which, is essential and the facility doesn’t have elevator. For this to be an all-inclusive, the resort lack restaurants option & doesn’t provide for after hours/late night meals/snacks. Also, there is only 2 bars of which, 1 is open to 11pm.
