When I first booked this motel at such a reasonable rate I was a bit concerned - BUT nothing to worry about. Really one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in at any price. Friendly staff. Room laid out well, air conditioning / heater worked fine, not rattles, etc. Super clean room, same for outside. Nice pool though I did not use it. Walls seem well insulated. Large TV, worked well. Instant hot water all times of the day. Highly recommended.

The beds are horrible (so hard you might as well sleep on floor). Pillow were flat no stuffing they matched how horrible the bed was. The air conditioner did not stay running unless you kept pushing the temp down. It was so hot in our room. Ugh so disappointed 😞

We thought everything was just fine! Very clean place. Room carpets,linens bathroom hairdryer and bathroom exhaust fan. Perfect ,everything we look for. Do not believe the haters!! I think they are paid butchers folks. This place is plenty nice w a way better breakfast than most places. We will Stay again. Room 242. Brian ,Omaha NE

A/C unit in first room made a terrible racket. Front desk was excellent and changed our room. Hotel is a little dated but otherwise a good stay for the money.

Clean by water system issue

It was ok. Hot water took 15 minutes to warm up and low water pressure.
