Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe first room was decent, relatively modern, but the tv didn’t work. After 2-3 times of going to the front desk for help (no one answered when I called from the room) I finally asked for a different room.
The next room was not modern or clean, but I didn’t complain again because the woman at the desk tried to make it right by giving me what I think was a suite. I appreciated the sentiment but about midnight, a mouse ran across the room. I went to the front desk again, by now it was midnight, I was angry, but again no one was there. I ended up just leaving and finding a different place to stay. Upon calling to try to get my money back, no one will either answer the phone or they’ll ‘call me back.’ It’s been over a week. I’m done trying.

The property looked nothing like the pictures very dirty curtains hanging off the wall. We were in a 2 nd building because we used a third party booking. Bed was wore had an indent in middle halls were filthy. We were on 2nd floor last room with only 1 exit 2nd was locked with a deadbolt felt unsafe if there were a emergency

The only thing that I found positive was the name, Wyndham. Which is a complete misrepresentation of that group of hotels and lodging! Everything was dirty, falling apart, moldy chipping, paint, broken windows. Very dirty not enough staff. We had to grab our own towels and toilet paper and clean out the microwave and the coffee pot. Just the worst place I’ve ever stayed. So sad that the name Wyndham is what prompted me to reserve a room for two nights to attend a family member’s wedding.

Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIf we had not already prepaid we would have left. The area is scary. There is a strip club next door, there are definitely questionable activities going on there. People live there and the clientelle were again questionable. While the hotel itself looked decent, it felt dark and a bit scary. The person who checked me in was on speaker phone with her boyfriend at the same time she was talking to me. VERY unprofessional. Room they first put us in had water on the floor as the AC was leaking.

A huge mess
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe door of the from had a huge crack where someone tried to kick it. Sheets had blood stains, pillows were like couch pillows with pillow cases on them, mirror was dirty, and next to the bed looked like someone wiped a booger (I actually hope it was a booger). We got in really late that night and had to leave 6 hours later so we did not complain. The staff was acceptable.
