Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms have been remodeled and it was a fraction of the cost of other hotels during the Iowa State Football game weekend.

i liked the welcoming texts. The room was clean and the bed linens simple and clean. The floor was tile and I appreciated THAT THERE WAS NO CARPET. I liked the big TV and watched a good movie. Breakfast bar was ample and well-stocked. OUTSIDE the building the parking lot was fine, but coL ncrete at both back entrances need repair. AL IN ALL - a good stop1

Clean, basic, needs updating. First impression is not positive, small lobby. Hall carpet needs replaced. Very basic, utilitarian type room. Okay for a quick sleep on our way to Michigan. Not a lot of offerings for breakfast, but did have good coffee.
