We found spiders in the room. Staff was not willing to bring us towels. We had to go down to get them ourselves.

Pleasantly surprised.

I booked this stay impulsively prior to reading the reviews. So after reading all the negative reviews I was super worried. I arrived expecting the worst. But I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the hotel is outdated, breakfast could use some additional options and our room key had to be reactivated after 24 hours so that was annoying but overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. Every employee I had to talk with was nice, the tv and air conditioner both worked great. We ate at the restaurant that’s in the parking lot and it was delicious. Our room was quiet and we both slept really well. I would stay there again.
