Les murs sont en papier, j’entend tout ce qui ce passe ds la chambre et ds le corridor (même les pitons du micro onde du voisin) pas dormis de la nuit

We were provided a key to room, went to open room and someone was already in the room. The people there had a dog and the dog attacked my elderly grandmother. The owner of the pet was upset at us because we were able to access their room, but it was not our fault. The owner of the pet thought we were trying to get their pet put down, was yelling at us and staff. All we wanted to as our room. Staff had to accompany myself and my grandma to another room to make sure it wasn’t occupied. Staff was apologetic, and tried to make sure things went smooth, but the process itself was super inconvenient and dangerous. You never know how people are going to react if you are able to access occupied rooms due to faulty systems.

The location was great for me. The staff was nice. The pool was clean, had to ask for pool towels, but that's Okay. The hallway carpet was old and dirty looking. Wish they had a little more breakfast foods.

The entire place just smells like someone’s basement. It’s unbearable. The hallways smell like mold the rooms are especially worse, to the point it took my breath away. My sister woke up all 3 nights with sore throat and stuffy nose from what we are pretty sure was mold in the stale air. The carpet felt moist from all the humidity in the room, everything was damp to the touch. It was BAD!! We also saw a roach crawling around but didn’t see anymore after we killed the one.
