PARTY NOTICE - Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family
Additional Information
- Garage Access: The garage is not available for guest use.
- Basement Access: Only available for reservations made after October 10th, - 2024, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Check-In Process: Guests will access the home through the front door via a smart lock code, provided at 11 a.m. on the day of check-in.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. No pets allowed
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $30/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in or late checkout must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. This is subject to a fee of $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
12. There is 1 ring security camera at the door entrance pointing into the yard. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
