Room not what was reserved.

We reserved a King suite. When we checked in nothing was said about the room. When we got to the room and when we got to the room it was a double. When I called the front desk about it I was told we were switched because they didn’t have a king suite even though we reserve one. Again, nothing was said to us when we checked in.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars. DesMoines downtown is very clean.
